We use the best companies to deliver your product to you. We also use a variety of options from 'Express' (at extra cost), to 'Standard' Delivery options.
To ensure prompt delivery we must have proper and complete address details and make one delivery charge per delivery address. A daytime telephone number is required in case we or our delivery agents need to contact you.
Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders of £50 and over.
We charge for standard UK delivery on orders under £50.
Please allow 3-4 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) from placing your order. UK Mainland only.
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) will be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed at other times (e.g. weekend, public holiday) will be despatched on the next working day and delivered the working day after. UK mainland only.
This service is for destinations out with the UK, not including USA, Japan and China.
EUR: Please allow 5-7 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) from placing your order.
INT(non EU): Please allow 7-12 working days (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) from placing your order.
If you order before 1pm GMT your order will be dispatched on the same day. If you order after 1pm GMT your order will most likely be dispatched the following day.
If your Biteback Sports product arrives too late, outside the stated expected arrival timeframes, you can return following the Return instructions. If Biteback Sports process or our couriers are at fault we will refund the cost of the Biteback Sports product + P&P. There are some circumstance when neither Biteback Sports product or the couriers acting on their behalf are at fault, for example, if you have selected an incorrect postage option, or you were absent during delivery. In such a case the cost of returning to sender will be charged at the cost of postage paid. This amount will be deducted from any refunds.
Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping on any returned items unless the item is damaged, faulty or an administrative error has occurred on our behalf. Please note that postage costs for returns are borne by the customer. This does not restrict your statutory rights to return faulty merchandise.
